Enroll. From the main page at www.regattaentry.com click on the red "HERE". That link will take you to the enroll page.
Step 2:
Fill in the information needed on the enroll page. Double-Check the info for errors and click the "Enroll/Submit Information" button.
Competitor ONLY: All information other than name and US Rowing age is kept secret and confidential and will never be sold or exchanged outside of this site. Entry Submitter: Anyone who submits entries, their name, address, phone number, and cell phone number will be given to the entered regatta organizing committee. The information given to the regatta is done in case of questions about your entries.
Step 3:
After submitting your information you will saved and you will be given a username which is made from your name and birthdate. Please keep your username and your password safe and secure. It is not recommended to store passwords within web browsers.
Step 4:
Return to the login page (first page) and logon using the supplied username and your chosen password.
Step 5:
After logging in, you will be placed at your CONTROL PANEL. Your CONTROL PANEL gives you all of the options that you will have available to you. Click on the "My Info" button. You can review all of the information submitted on the enroll page. IF you have any changes to make or errors to correct do it now, and click the "Update Info" button. Otherwise, use the "Back to CONTROL PANEL" button to do so.
Step 6:
From the "Control Panel" Click on "My Organization". Follow the prompts to first select the state and then the name of the organization that you will be representing in competition and submit. NOTE: if your organization is missing, please submit an email to webmaster@regattaentry.com to have your organization listed.
Step 7:
With your organization set, there will be more choices available on the control panel. Click on the "My Roster(s)" button.
Step 8:
On the "My Rosters" page there will be several choices. To allow someone to submit entries on your behalf (as a coach, or a fellow teammate might) enter his or her number in the text box at the bottom and submit. For security purposes, they will have to tell you their number. This action will put your name on your "coach's" ROSTER REQUEST LIST. Your "coach" now has to admit you onto his or her roster. (This is done to keep anyone from adding themself onto any team. This safeguard is to keep any individual from joining a team that they don't belong to.)
Your information is now submitted and you are a pending member on a roster. When your "coach" admits you onto his/her team, it will be reflected on the top of the "My Roster(s)" page. IF you change teams or coaches you will need to add their MEMBER ID NUMBER to your list. IF you graduate or otherwise don't want your old "coach" to submit entries with your name, you may delete them as your "coach".
Results:
After the regatta is complete (or during some regattas, as each event completes) the results for each event will be posted under the results section of RegattaEntry.Com.
